Seven Kilograms of Pak Choy Harvested at Manunggal RPTRA

Seven kilograms of pak choi were harvested by TP PKK members at Manunggal RPTRA, Jalan Manunggal, RT 01/07, Meruya Selatan Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta.

Meruya Selatan Urban Village Secretary, TB Rafiudin said the harvested pak choi was planted using hydroponic methods. It aimed to create food security.

"Today, together with TP PKK and RPTRA, we harvested seven kilograms of pak choy," he expressed, Thursday (10/23).

Kembangan Sub-district Harvesting 5 Kilogram Pak Choy

After being harvested, the pak choy was then distributed to local residents.

"Besides planting vegetables, the Manunggal RPTRA also has a 2.5x5 meter nutrient pond which is used to breed catfish," he explained.

Meruya Selatan Urban Village TP PKK Cadre, Maryati (53), explained Today's pak choy harvest is the result of planting carried out for 40 days.

"Every time there is a harvest, the results are distributed to residents who are in need," she stated.
